本文旨在探討社工員服務外籍配偶個案，面臨文化隔閡、生活方式不同的處遇難題，以及社工員如何從服務中學習處遇技巧。為達此研究目的，本文採用哈伯瑪斯的「理想言談情境」觀點來評析社工員服務外籍配偶個案的挑戰與因應。依此，本文從兩個面向進行討論，首先、析論社工員服務外籍配偶個案的處遇過程中，對於能夠增進服務者與被服務者彼此間相互理解的「言談行動」和「有效宣稱」的使用情形；其次，論析「理想言談情境」在社會工作處遇服務的運用情況。本研究期使將「理想言談情境」觀念融入社會個案工作，以作為社工員服務外籍配偶個案的可能實踐方略。
This research is to probe the social worker on the services rendered to the foreign spouses. It tries to analyze how does a social worker handles cultural barriers anddifferent lifestyle of every individual involved, and how a social worker learns the case of skills from the services.Thus, this research applies the concept of Habermas' “Ideal Speech Situation” to analyze the challenges and responses of the social worker on the foreign spouses services. So, this researchdiscussed from two different dimensions.First on how social workers' apply the “speech act” and “validity claim” on the service condition in the foreign spouse cases. Secondly, analyzes on how the “Ideal Speech Situation” meets the service in the entire social work place to utilize the situation. This research anticipates the integration of the “Ideal Speech Situation” in social case work, as well as for the social workers' to consider applying this method in terms of handling of foreign spouses case.
