每個人的生命就像是一本故事書，有著訴說不盡的經驗與智慧。不同世代都有著不同的生命軌跡，上一個世代生活在六零年代，經濟起飛時要靠著勤奮與努力才能夠生活，相較於這一代的年輕人生活優渥毫無煩惱，面對人生的困難與挑戰時就會逃避。本研究藉由立意取樣的方式訪談55歲至62歲的長者，男性三位女性一位，訴說他們的生命經驗，並在婚姻、事業、老後、無悔、快樂這五個方面提出看法與忠告，讓年輕世代的我們在未來的人生方向有所依循。 Everyone's life is like a story book with endless experience and wisdom. Different generations have different life trajectories. The last generation lived in the 1960s. When the economy took off, it was hard work and hard work to live. Compared with this generation of young people, there is no trouble in life, facing difficulties in life. It will escape when it is challenged. This study interviewed elders aged 55 to 62 by means of intentional sampling. One male and three females complained about their life experiences and offered opinions and advice in five aspects: marriage, career, old age, no regrets, and happiness. Let the younger generation of us follow the direction of life in the future.
