本研究主要目的在探究不同背景的國軍志願役士兵在工作滿意、組織承諾與離職傾向是否有所差異,利用分層叢集抽樣,有效問卷共有345份,經由敘述統計、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數分析得知,不同性別在工作滿意沒有差異,對組織承諾與離職傾向有顯著差異;不同年齡在工作滿意、組織承諾與離職傾向有顯著差異;不同教育程度在工作滿意、組織承諾與離職傾向有顯著差異;不同工作年資在工作滿意、組織承諾與離職傾向有顯著差異,透過上述結果提出結論與建議,提供國軍管理單位參考與審視。 The main purpose of this study is to explore whether there are differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention among national military volunteers from different backgrounds. Using stratified cluster sampling, there are 345 valid questionnaires, through narrative statistics, reliability analysis, and independent samples. tverification and single factor analysis showed that there was no difference in job satisfaction between different genders, and there were significant differences in organizational commitment and turnover intention; there were significant differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention at different ages; There is a significant difference between organizational commitment and turnover intention; there are significant differences in job satisfaction, organizational commitment and turnover intention in different working years. Through the above results, conclusions and suggestions are provided, and the reference and review of the national military management units are provided.
