本研究旨在探究教保服務人員對於運用多元文化科學和桌遊開發幼兒教具之可能性,本研究採取量化研究之問卷調查,以220位從事蒙特梭利教學之教保服務人員為研究對象,分析相關文獻與諮詢專家編定「幼兒園教保服務人員對多元文化科學與桌遊融入幼兒教具設計之意見調查問卷」為主要研究工具,根據問卷蒐集到的資料進行描述統計、相關分析及多元迴歸分析,研究結果:(1)教保服務人員對於蒙特梭利教具本土化觀點呈現認同的態度。(2)科學知識建構多元化對蒙特梭利教具本土化有正向影響效應。(3)教具設計原則對蒙特梭利教具本土化有正向影響效應。(4)桌遊運用認同對蒙特梭利教具本土化有正向影響效應。 The purpose of this study was explored to integrate the multicultural science and board games to design the teaching aids for early children that adopt the questionnare inquiry to collect 220 preschool eaducators of Montessori method. The main research tool was titled “The implementation of integrate multicultural science and board games to design teaching aids by preschool educators”. According the questionnare data, the study use the descriptive statistic, correlation analysis and multiple regression. The results were: 1) preschool educators agree the local perspectives of the Montessori teaching aids; 2) the diversification of scientific knowledge construction has a positive effect on the localization of Montessori teaching aids; 3) the design principles of teaching aids have a positive effect on the localization of Montessori teaching aids; 4) the use of board game identification has a positive effect on the localization of Montessori materials.
