本研究針對嘉義市文化公園進行環境設施及使用者行為的調查。調查結果發現，公園使用行為會受到公園設施與環境的影響，民眾多會沿著硬鋪面活動，日間偏好在陰影下，夜間則偏好在燈光較充足的區域活動，16時至21時是公園使用人數的高峰。而智慧型手機上的虛擬實境遊戲也會影響公園使用者行為。因此本研究建議，未來台灣的公園設計，應注重日間陰影下的環境設施品質，以及夜間燈光照明分布，以誘導使用者活動區域，便利公園主要管理者提升管理品質以及使用者滿意度。 This is a survey of facilities and user behavior in the Wenhua Park in Chiayi City. We found that the visitor activity will be affected by facilities and the environment. They will move along hard pavements. During the day, they prefer to be in the shade, and at night they prefer to be active in areas with sufficient lighting. And virtual reality games on smartphones will also affect the user's behavior. Wenhua Park has the most people from 16:00 to 21:00. We will rccommend that the park design in Taiwan should pay attention to the quality of facilities in the shade during the day and the distribution of lighting at night. Due to induce user activity areas, to improve management quality and user satisfaction.
