摘要:	本論文以日治時期的台語流行歌曲為研究主題，取當代三位重要作詞人李臨秋、周添旺、陳達儒作品為例，探究其創作共同主題，闡述歌詞內涵與社會關係，並分析歌詞的文學修辭技巧。第一章緒論說明研究動機、目的與研究方法，整理相關專書、學位論文及期刊等資料，概述其定義與內容，在前人的研究基礎上進一步延伸與發展。第二章論述日治時期台灣政經文化演變，從政治與經濟、社會文化變遷、勞工關係和皇民化運動等歷史事件加以探討，並整理三位詞人生平及日治時期創作歌詞重點，掌握其創作精神。第三章則從三位詞人作品中，系統性地歸納三個共同創作主題，藉此瞭解歌詞呈現的庶民狀況。第四章說明台語流行歌曲與社會變遷之關聯，鏈結影視歌產業、城市現代化與酒家文化，最後以太平洋戰爭爆發興起之愛國歌曲，終結台語流行歌曲的黃金時代。第五章研究歌詞的修辭結構，以《詩經》「比、興」手法，從自然意象和情感意象與修辭技巧探究台語流行歌曲的文學性，彰顯三位詞人的文字藝術表現。第六章總結本文之研究成果，肯定台語流行歌曲的重要性與價值。　　This paper focuses on lyrics for Taiwanese popular songs during the Japanese colonial period. Taking the works of three contemporary lyricists Linqiu Li, Tianwang Zhou and Daru Chen for examples, and explores the common theme of their creation, expounds the meaning of lyrics and social relations, and analyzes the literary rhetoric of lyrics. The first chapter introduces the research motive, research purpose and research method. Reference relevant materials such as scholarly books, theses and journals, outline its definition and important content, which is further extended on the basis of previous studies. The second chapter discusses the evolution of Taiwan political and economic culture during the Japanese colonial period, and investigating historical events such as politics and economy, social and cultural changes, labor relations and the Kominka movement. This chapter also organizes the life of the three lyricists and the importance of their creating lyrics during the Japanese colonial period, and grasps their creative spirit. The third chapter systematically summarizes three common creative themes from three lyricists, in order to understand the situation of the common people presented at that time. The fourth chapter explains the relationship between Taiwanese popular songs and social changes, links the film and television industry, urban modernization and restaurant culture, and finally ends the golden age of Taiwanese popular songs with the patriotic songs that have emerged in the Pacific War. The fifth chapter studies the rhetorical structure of lyrics with the skills of metaphor and associate in ＂The Book of Songs＂ to explore the literary nature of Taiwanese popular songs from the natural imagery and emotional imagery and rhetorical techniques, and it manifests the artistic expression of the three lyricists. The sixth chapter summarizes the research conclusion of this paper and affirms the importance and value of Taiwanese popular songs.
