近年,食氣書籍在台灣越來越流行。斷食實踐一般比較多,但食氣實踐就比較少。本文以研究者自我生命故事鋪陳,主要闡述研究者自身參與食氣療程近2年半的經歷,自55歲到58歲的過程中,對於因食氣所造成生命意義的轉化與身心改變歷程之探討。研究動機源於研究者本身對於生命存在意義的追尋,以及因為閱讀台灣出版的翻譯書籍“眾神的食物”而被打開的觀念,以己身力行食氣之生命故事,來反思與呈現地球人類確實是“神”的後裔。 研究方法為質性研究之自我敘說,敘說文本的呈現,研究者以書寫故事方式,將親身參與食氣歷程回憶敘述,以達到提升生命存在意義的層次感,並深信每一個人的DNA絞股裡都有食氣這樣的設計,意識一轉變,身體就會快速的變化。 食氣的終極目的,就是讓人擺脫飢餓慾望的束縛,擁有無條件的愛,或是成為愛的起源。吃不吃食物,其實不是那麼重要的事。 不過,若能減輕對於食物的執著,就能淡化對於食物的執念,進而察覺愛的存在。這就是自古以來,許多宗教在修行時會採用少食或斷食方法的原因。 In recent years, breatharian books are getting popular in Taiwan. But there is more fasting practice than breatharian practice. This article is based on the researcher's self-life story to describe the experience of the researcher who involved in the breatharian therapy for nearly 2.5 years. The discussion on the transformation of life meaning and the change of mind and body caused by breatharian therapy in the process from 55 to 58years old. The motivation of research stem from the researcher's own pursuit of the meaning of the existence of life and of being opened the concept because of reading the translated book "Food of the Gods" published in Taiwan. A real life story of breatharian practice by his own, to reflect and present the human beings on the Earth are indeed descendants of "God". The research method is self-narration of qualitative research, presented by narrative, in the way of writing a story, the researcher recalled his memories of participating the breatharina therapy, in order to enhance the layering of meaning of the existence of life and deeply believe that everyone in their DNA strands has a design like the breatharian. When the consciousness changes, the body will change rapidly. The ultimate purpose of breatharian is to get rid of the binding from food desiring. Enjoy unconditional love or become the source of love. Eating or not eating food is actually not that important. However, when a person can reduce the persistence of food then he will be able to lighten the obsession with food and further more detect the existence of love. This is why many religions have used less food or fasting methods during their practice since ancient times.
