本研究主要探討身心障礙者庇護工場轉型社會企業的組織使命、社會價值、所採取的經營模式、所遭遇的困境以及因應策略。本研究採質性訪談方式,以戴德森醫療財團法人嘉義基督教醫院附設再耕園庇護工場為研究案例,使用研究者自編之半結構式訪談大綱作為資料蒐集的工具。將所得研究結果作成以下結論:一、 再耕園庇護工場轉型社會企業的組織使命是提供每一位身心障礙者謀生的就業機會,滿足身心障礙者家庭的經濟需求,幫助他們磨練良好的工作態度,以及促進良好的社會互動。二、 再耕園庇護工場轉型社會企業的社會價值是「以人為本」的社會關懷精神以及「人適其所長」的經營理念。三、 再耕園庇護工場轉型社會企業所遭遇的困境是:(一)身心障礙者的工作能力提昇有限;(二)庇護工場缺乏專責的行銷人員;(三)庇護工場的產品競爭力低。四、 再耕園庇護工場轉型社會企業對於所遭遇困境採取的因應策略 是:(一)提供原有庇護性員工的轉介(二)增進庇護工場與母機構的良性溝通,提供專業人力的協助;(三)利用網路社群的力量建立情感共鳴,產生價值認同;(四)庇護工場與社會企業並存;(五)結合企業社會責任,將企業資源引入。 This study was to explore the organization mission, social value, business model, encountered difficulty and the coping strategies with difficulty during the sheltered workshop for people with disabilities transforming into social enterprise. This study adopted the sheltered workshop for people with disabilities of Ditmanson Medical Foundation Chia - Yi Christian Hospital for the case for investigation. In this study, semi-structured interviews were made for use of empirical research. The researcher made some conclusion according to the findings at the field as the followings: 1. The organization missions of Renewal Garden were creating jobs for the handicapped, meeting the economic needs of the families with physical and mental disabilities, cultivating the handicapped positive working attitude and promoting they get along well with others during the sheltered workshop for people with disabilities transformation into social enterprise.2. The social values of Renewal Garden were the humanistic spiritual of social concern and convince of the management ideal that everyone can fulfill themselves with their talent during the sheltered workshop for people with disabilities transformation into social enterprise.3. People in Renewal Garden encountered difficulties during sheltered workshop for people with disabilities transforming into social enterprise including (1) It was hard for the handicapped to improve their ability to work.(2) There was lack of professional marketing manager in Renewal Garden. (3) The products made in Renewal Garden were not competitive in the market.4. For the people in Renewal Garden, the coping strategies with difficulties during sheltered workshop for people with disabilities transforming into social enterprise including (1) Renewal Garden could provide referral service to the handicapped to switch into other workplaces. (2) Renewal Garden could promote the sheltered workshop staffs communicate effectively with the parent institution and get professional assistances from the hospital. (3) Renewal Garden could make the crowd arouse their emotional resonances and foster their identities on the spiritual value by network communities. (4) Renewal Garden could try to keep the sheltered workshop coexisting with the social enterprise. (5) Renewal Garden could draw enterprise resources into the sheltered workshop on the management by combining with corporate social responsibility.
