本研究主要目的為探究桃園市私立幼兒園園長幼兒生命教育實施現況和需求,以研究期間擔任桃園市私立幼兒園現任園長為研究對象,利用問卷調查,進行統計分析後,瞭解桃園市私立幼兒園園長幼兒生命教育上的實施現況和需求。然桃園市私立幼兒園園長幼兒生命教育實施現況和需求可包含:幼兒生命教育內容、幼兒生命教育課程內容、教學策略與技巧、行政支援與教學資源及生命教育成長課程。爾後再針對現況和需求進行比較分析,提出桃園市私立幼兒園園長幼兒生命教育實施現況和需求相關結論與具體建議,以提供主管機關及教保機構參考。其研究結果如下所示:一、幼兒生命教育內容:實施現況和需求皆呈現中度以上狀態。二、幼兒生命教育課程在六大領域:在「情緒」和「美感」是以中度實施為主,而除「語文」領域外,其餘領域皆有中度以上之需求。三、教學策略與技巧:在「生命教育內涵之理解」的實施以中度為主,其需求則是全面呈現中度以上狀態。四、行政支援與教學資源:「教材」和「空間」則是實施現況和需求,皆呈現中度以上;「相關設備」和「師資」皆以中度實施為主,及中度以上之需求;「行政支援」及「相關經費提供」則是以中度實施為主且中度以下的需求。五、幼兒生命教育自我成長課程:是以中度實施為主,需求中度以上。六、桃園市幼兒園在生命教育整體實施現況和需求程度差異不大。 This study was aimed to explore the implementation and needs for life education of kindergartens in Taoyuan city. This study subjects were kindergarten principals in Taoyuan city, and study was executed by questionnaire. The dimension of implementation and needs for life education of kindergartens were included life education content, life education curriculum, teaching strategies and skills, administrative support, teaching resource and life education workshop. After comparing the implementation and needs for life education of kindergartens in Taoyuan city, the results and suggestions were offered as following: 1. It offered “above-medium status of implementation” and “above-medium needs” in the life education content.2. For life education curriculum, it offered “medium status of implementation” in “emotional education” and “aesthetic education”, and other areas were in “abovemedium needs” except “language education”.3. It offered “medium status of implementation” in “the understanding of life education content”, and all aspects were in “above-medium needs” for teaching strategies and skills.4. For administrative support, it offered “above-medium status of implementation” and “above-medium needs” in “teaching materials” and “the space in the kindergarten”,“relating facilities” and “teacher” were in the “medium status of implementation” and “above-medium needs”, and “the support of administration” and “relating funds” were in “medium status of implementation” and “below medium needs”.5. It offered “medium status of implementation” and “above-medium needs” in teaching resource and life education workshop.6. There is a little difference between the status of implementation and the needs of life education in the kindergartens of Taoyuan city.
