本研究的主旨在探討高職生使用手機遊戲對人際關係與身心健康之影響相關性之研究,並以彰化縣某高職學校學生為研究對象,透過問卷研究分析,以瞭解高職生使用手機遊戲情形對人際關係與身心健康之現況、並且比較不同背景因素之高職生使用手機遊戲情形對人際關係與身心健康之差異情形,及瞭解高職生使用手機遊戲情形與人際關係、使用手機遊戲情形與身心健康及人際關係與身心健康彼此二者間相關情形。 本研究採用google網路問卷調查法,針對彰化縣某高職學校學生共計360人發放調查問卷,回收有效問卷350份,有效問卷回收率 97.2%,所得資料以統計軟體 SPSS 執行,經以信度分析、效度分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析及簡單迴歸分析等方法進行統計分析,得到以下研究結果:壹、彰化縣某高職學校學生對使用手機遊戲情形偏向滿意。貳、彰化縣某高職學校學生對人際關係偏向滿意。參、彰化縣某高職學校學生對身心健康偏向滿意。肆、不同背景高職生在使用手機遊戲情形部分構面有顯著差異。伍、不同背景高職生在人際關係及身心健康影響方面有顯著差異。陸、彰化縣某高職學校學生使用手機遊戲情形對其人際關係有顯著影響。柒、彰化縣某高職學校學生使用手機遊戲情形對其身心健康有顯著影響。捌、彰化縣某高職學校學生身心健康對其人際關係有顯著影響。希望能夠依據以上的研究發現分別提出建議,以提供學校教育與專業輔導人員及未來研究者參考。 The main purpose of this research is to explore the correlation between the use of smart phones by vocational students on interpersonal relationships and physical and mental health, and to take students from a vocational school in Changhua County as the research object and analyze the questionnaire to understand the use of vocational students The situation of mobile games on interpersonal relationships and physical and mental health, and comparison of the use of mobile games by vocational students of different background factors to the differences in interpersonal relationships and physical and mental health, and understanding of the use of mobile games and interpersonal relationships and mobile phones Game situation and physical and mental health and interpersonal relationship and physical and mental health are related to each other. In this study, Google's online questionnaire survey was used to distribute 360 questionnaires to a total of 360 students in a vocational school in Changhua County. 350 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective questionnaire recovery rate was 97.2%. Analysis, validity analysis, T test, single factor variation analysis, Pearson product correlation analysis and simple regression analysis were used to perform statistical analysis, and the following research results were obtained: First, students of a vocational school in Changhua County used mobile games Partial satisfaction. Students in a vocational school in Shenhua and Changhua County are satisfied with their physical and mental health. There are significant differences in part of the facets of vocational students of different backgrounds using mobile games. Wu, vocational students of different backgrounds have significant differences in interpersonal relationships and the impact of physical and mental health. The use of mobile games by students in a higher vocational school in Lu and Changhua County has a significant impact on interpersonal relationships. The use of mobile games by students in a higher vocational school in Qi and Changhua County has a significant impact on their physical and mental health. The physical and mental health and interpersonal relationships of students in a vocational school in Changhua County have a significant impact. And hope to be able to make suggestions based on the above research findings to provide reference for school education and professional counselors and future researchers.
