本研究為非營利組織志工服務影響因素之研究,並以崇德光慧經典教育推廣讀經班為研究對象,透過問卷調查方式,進而瞭解志工在參與動機、組織承諾、工作滿足之影響情形,並分析驗證敘述結果。 本研究回收問卷共267份,運用SPSS統計軟體分析問卷資料,以描述性統計、信度分析、效度分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析、迴歸分析及路徑模型分析等方法進行統計分析,以下所得研究結論如下:(1)個人背景特徵在參與動機、組織承諾、工作滿足三個變項有顯著差異性;(2)參與動機對組織承諾有正向顯著影響性;(3)參與動機對工作滿足有正向顯著影響性;(4)組織承諾對工作滿足有正向顯著影響性。 This research is a study of the influencing factors of volunteer service in non-profit organizations, and takes the Chongde Guanghui classic education promotion reading class as the research object, through the questionnaire survey, to understand the impact of volunteers on participation motivation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction And analyze and verify the narrative results.
