本研究探討新住民在美容經濟產業中,以美容產業之消費者為研究對象,探討美容產業之消費者對於業者提供之服專業能力、服務品質對顧客滿意度之間的關係與影響。本研究以美容產業消費者填寫的問卷,採用便利抽樣方式發放問卷進行問卷調查,並運用SPSS統計軟體進行分析統計,對本研究之各構面分別驗證其假設。本研究採取紙本問卷調查方法,並且透過獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析以及迴歸分析,來進行統計分析。 研究結果顯示:(1)專業能力對於服務品質具有顯著影響;(2)服務品質對顧客滿意度具有顯著影響;(3)顧客滿意度對專業能力具有顯著影響;(4)服務品質對專業能力與顧客滿意度具有中介效果。 In this study, new residents under the influence of Taiwanese culture in the beauty industry, with consumers in the beauty industry as the research object, explore the relationship between consumers in the beauty industry and the professional capabilities of the services provided by the industry, the quality of services, and customer satisfaction.
