| 摘要: | 根據2018年內政部人口資料統計，全國老人指數達96.99，為了照顧高齡化社會的人口政府推出了相當多的高齡者照護政策。其中廣為熟知的就是於2005年開始推動的「長期照顧十年計畫」。經過十幾年的推動，新計畫「長期照顧十年計畫2.0」在2016年實施，此計畫是為了補足長照1.0計畫的不足以及滿足更多的需求，實現在地老化的目標。 本研究以C級巷弄長照站為研究對象，研究目的為探討社區關懷據點增加C級巷弄長照站後，對於使用者的使用行為之現況以及影響為何。本研究從環境行為的角度探討嘉義縣大林鎮C級巷弄長照站的「硬體及軟體的使用現況」、「空間的使用模式」及「使用者感受」，進而檢討C級巷弄長照站所面臨的問題及如何做出改善給予建議。 本研究依據現況繪製活動中心的室內空間及室外環境，再依定點記錄使用者行為。本研究之定點觀察分為2個時段，分別為早上及下午，最後再依結果整理出C級巷弄長照站的空間特質。為了解使用者的行為及相關需求，本研究整理出相關特質後擬定訪談題目，用以輔助研究觀察結論的論證，並依觀察過程增加訪談題目。 最後統整訪談及行為觀察，將不同的C級巷弄站空間改善及使用管理衍生之問題，整理出以下兩點結論：第一為C級巷弄站需具有明確的空間區分及良好的引導動線規劃，第二則是改善促進二層空間的可及性，且建議廚房及廁所的配置需鄰近活動空間，如此一來不僅能增加長者們的活動範圍，也能確保長者們使用上的安全性。
According to the population statistics of the Ministry of the interior in 2018, the national elderly index reached 96.99. In order to take care of the population of an aging society, the government has launched a considerable number of elderly care policies. One of the most well-known is the “ten year plan for long term care” launched in 2005. After more than ten years of promotion, the new plan “long term care ten year plan 2.0” was implemented in 2016. This plan is to make up for the deficiency of the long term care 1.0 plan and meet more needs, so as to achieve the goal of aging in the ground. This study takes C-level Care Stores and long-lighting stations as the research object. The purpose of the research is to explore the current situation and impact of the use of Clevel alleys and long-lighting stations in community care bases. This study explores the “current use of hardware and software”, “space usage mode” and “user experience” of the C-level laneway station in Dalin Town, Chiayi County from the perspective of environmental behavior, and then reviews the C-level laneway station Give suggestions on the problems faced by the station and how to make improvements. This study draws the indoor space and outdoor environment of the activity center according to the current situation, and then records the user behavior according to the fixed point. The fixed-point observation of this study is divided into 2 periods, respectively, in the morning and afternoon, and finally according to the results, the spatial qualities of the C-class lane long-lighting station are sorted out. In order to understand the user's behavior and related needs, the study collated the relevant traits and then formulated the interview topic, which is used to support the demonstration of the observation conclusions of the study, and to add the interview topic according to the observation process. At last,we summarized the interviews and behavior observation,then we realize how to improve different c-level care stores and the problems caused by managing process.we conclude two conclusions by the factors which affected the behaviors of the elder.First, c-level care stores need more specific at the separate of space and the welling schedule of guide traffic flowSecond,we will improve space using efficiency by opening the second floor space to apply and recommend the configuration of kitchen and lavatory are necessary to be near the activity space, the above in addition to increasing the elder's using,it makes sure the security of the elder. |
