    摘要:   我國適合推廣太陽能發電,並在政府政策引導下,國營事業單位、企業,甚至普通家庭都開始在屋頂安裝太陽能電。建築物的外牆或空地,太陽能光電(Photovoltaics; PV)系統的倍數增長。據經濟部統計截至111年2月,光電系統發電並網容量為10.5億千瓦時。然而,在這些擁有太陽能發電設施的建築物中,隱藏著許多危機,即使台電的供電線路因天災、技術施工錯誤或系統缺陷而發生火災時被切斷,也可能是由蓄電系統設備引起的、陽光等,或因火災的熱輻射照射太陽能發電設備發電,電流、電壓殘留在建物外皮鐵構上,導致救災人員在搶救災害上會有觸電危險。  本研究主要探討,探討太陽能光電系統發生事故時所伴隨的災害或火災搶救現況,及探討消防人員在搶救太陽能光電火災時會面臨的危險因子,兩個主要方向。  藉由研究結果,讓消防人員的光電災害搶救現況能在危險因子預知的前提下,更進一步的保護自己,訓練單位也能藉以參考作為訓練目標與設施的建設,以達消防人員在面對新型態的太陽能光電災害,更有能力的保護自己與搶救人民生命財產安全。
      My country is suitable for the promotion of solar power generation. What’s more, under the guidance of government policies, state-owned institutions, enterprises, and even ordinary families have begun to install solar power plants on the roof. The exterior wall of the building or the open space, the multiple growth of the solar photovoltaic (Photovoltaics; PV) system. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, as of February 2011, the grid-connected capacity of photovoltaic systems was 1.05 billion kWh. However, there are many hidden dangers among these buildings with solar power generation facilities. Even if Taipower's power supply line is cut off due to natural disasters, technical construction errors or system defects in a fire, it may be caused by power storage system equipment and sunlight, etc. Or because the thermal radiation of the fire irradiates the solar power generation equipment to generate electricity, the current and voltage remain on the iron structure of the building's outer skin. The rescue personnel will be in danger of electric shock in the rescue of the disaster.  This research mainly discusses two directions: to explore the current situation of disasters or fire rescue accompanied by solar photovoltaic system accidents and the risk factors that firefighters will face when rescuing solar photovoltaic fires.  Through the research results, the firefighters' photoelectric disaster rescue status can be further protected under the premise of predicting the risk factors. In addition, the training units can also use it as a reference for the construction of training objectives and facilities so that when the firefighters face the new solar photovoltaic disasters, they can be more capable of protecting themselves and saving people's lives and property safety.
