    摘要:   本研究係為個人文本的自我敘說研究,研究者與研究對象為同一人,研究者採客體關係理論和投射性認同(projective identification)理論的觀點探究:(1)早期客體關係與內在表徵的關聯性,以及(2)內在表徵如何影響人際投射認同。  研究動機與研究背景為研究者在身處不完善的諮商實習機制下的內在衝突和省思,借助「投射性認同理論」處理個人的負面情緒,透過發現與看見衝突事件中與家庭的疊影(早期經驗的重演),並深入個人內在表徵與心理位置的探究。在資料蒐集與分析的處理上,文本建構參酌Riessman提出的五個層級的經驗歷程(關注、訴說、轉錄、分析、閱讀);文本分析擇以Lieblich「整體-內容」的個案分析形式,將其部分意義放進整體故事脈絡中思考,以探求對故事整體意義的理解。自我敘說的內容主要根據研究設計的需求,分為早期客體關係與個體化歷程兩個部分撰寫,第一部分以探究內在表徵為目的,回顧與整理離家前與原生家庭的互動和相處、早期創傷經驗和不同生命階段的重要記憶和成長;第二部分以探究內在表徵與人際投射性認同的關聯性為目的,描述離家後與社會互動的經歷,以及帶著「為精神病去污名化」的理想化從商業領域跨渡到體制內的不適應,通過與陰影的交纏踏上屬於自己的「個體化歷程」。研究結論為:(1)早期客體關係形成內在表徵,成為人際投射性認同的素材,因而早期客體關係與人際投射性認同有密切關聯性,以及(2)早期原始分裂(splitting)是為了「自我整合」,投射性認同關係是個體化歷程(individuation process)的入口。
      This study is a personal textual self-narrative study in which the researcher and the research subject are the same person. From the perspective of object relations theory and projective identification, the researchers explored the correlation between early object relations and internal representations, and how internal representations affect interpersonal projective identification.  The research motivation and research background are during the counseling practice, facing the introspection under the imperfect counseling practice mechanism, using the projective identification theory to deal with personal negative emotions, and through “seeing” the overlap with the family in the conflict event (early The repetition of experience), jumping out of relative binary positions such as “fight and flight” and “right and wrong” (the two psychological positions mentioned by Klein), so that conflicts can end safely. In the processing of data collection and analysis, the text construction refers to the five-level experience process proposed by Riessman (attending, telling, transcribing, analyzing, and reading); the text analysis adopts the “ holistic-content” case analysis form proposed by Lieblich, Put part of its meaning into the context of the overall story to explore the understanding of the overall meaning of the story. The content of the self-narrative is divided into two parts, early object relations and personalization process, based on the needs of the research design. The first part aims at exploring internal representations, reviewing and organizing interactions and relationships with family of origin before leaving home, early traumatic experiences, and important memories and growth at different stages of life; the second part aims at exploring the relevance of internal representations and interpersonal projective identities, describing the experiences of social interactions after leaving home, and the discomfort of crossing over from the business field to the system with the idealization of “de-stigmatizing mental illness”. Through the interplay of shadows, he embarks on his own journey of “individuation”. The conclusions of the study are: (1) early object relations form internal representations and become the material of interpersonal projective identification, so early object relations are closely related to interpersonal projective identification, and (2) early primitive division is for “self-integration”, The projective identification relationship is the entrance to individuation.
