2022年2月，在世人的驚愕中，俄羅斯揮軍入侵烏克蘭，引爆了歐洲自二次大戰以來所僅見的大規模國際戰爭。開戰之後，各界大多同情烏克蘭，並紛紛在道義或實質上，或多或少提供對烏克蘭的援助。於此，臺灣也不落人後，提供援助與支持，更有人並從烏克蘭身上獲得信心，更加堅定地走向臺獨。然而，烏克蘭在此次戰爭中，就純然是個無辜的受害者嗎？外界的援助又真的可靠嗎？臺灣社會從這次戰爭中獲得的信心，有道理嗎？站在客觀中立的角度來思考，吾人就真的該支持烏克蘭嗎？對此，本文主張，對於俄烏戰爭的觀感，其實是政治意識的反應與對臺灣未來的投射，對此本文將透過網路問卷調查加以驗證。 In February 2022, amid the consternation of the world, Russia invaded Ukraine, triggering the largest international war seen in Europe since World War II. After the start of the war, most people sympathized with Ukraine and provided more or less assistance to Ukraine, both morally and substantively. At this point, Taiwan has not left behind, providing assistance and support, and some people have gained confidence from Ukraine and are more determined to move towards Taiwan independence. However, is Ukraine purely an innocent victim in this war? Is outside aid really reliable? Is the confidence that Taiwanese society gained from this war justified? Should we really support Ukraine? In this regard, this article argues that the perception of the Russian-Ukrainian war is actually a reflection from political ideology and a projection of Taiwan's future, which will be verified through online questionnaires.
