Abstract:	隨著語意網 (Semantic Web)技術的提倡，知識本體 (Ontology)的研究與發展主要是著重在異質系統之間的知識分享與再利用。在智慧型代理人 (Intelligent Agent)相關領域的研究方面，也隨著知識本體的興起，使得它更具有抽象智慧與進階的處理能力。目前，在企業交易代理人 (Business Transaction Agent)的研究上大都著重於資料探勘的領域，而欠缺實用的功能性。為了解決此一問題，我們提出以知識本體與協商協定 (Negotiation Protocol)的概念為基礎，建構出自動化企業交易協商代理人 (Automated Business Transaction Negotiation Agent, ABTNA)。另外，我們也以採購電腦零件為案例，來驗證ABTNA系統在實務上的應用。該系統可以促成買賣雙方代理人協商的自動化，因而縮減網路購物流程中資訊篩選與商品議價所耗費的時間與人力。
