    Abstract: 本研究從社會理性觀點之理論切入,以補足先前文獻缺乏探討台灣中小企業如何透過策略聯盟進而創造組織價值之實務與研究議題缺口,並探討相對於大型企業,中小企業策略聯盟夥伴選擇行為如何影響其價值創造之成效,及其統治機制如何干擾夥伴選擇行為對價值創造影響之獨特性。本研究共郵寄發放1422份問卷給參與過策略聯盟之中小企業高階主管填答,實際共獲得有效問卷219份。配合多元迴歸分析驗證各研究假說,本研究發現,(1)中小企業策略聯盟夥伴文化有機性,對其創造出彈性價值有正向顯著影響;(2)中小企業策略聯盟夥伴學習環境,對其創造出技術與遞交價值有正向顯著影響;(3)中小企業策略聯盟夥伴網絡擴展能力,對其創造出技術、彈性及遞交價值有正向顯著影響;及(4)中小企業社群建構式策略聯盟統治機制,對文化有機性、學習環境、網絡擴展能力與價值創造間具有正向干擾效果。依據研究發現,本研究提出相關理論意涵與實務建議。
