摘要:	隨著生態、永續議題深耕與旅遊價值觀調整，台灣的生態旅遊逐漸形成環境保育落實的趨勢。然而，以國家公園既有路徑發展生態旅遊是否符合其目標？本研究認為“生態旅遊路徑應符合國家公園設立目的、永續發展目標，及配合園區整體生態規劃之發展”，研究目的定位於：生態旅遊與景觀生態環境之關連性分析，及生態旅遊路徑之景觀生態規劃策略，並以此作為後續景觀生態規劃理論與架構之參考。研究中認為生態旅遊路徑應依國家公園目的與環境特性予以適當分級後導入外，亦需整合形成國家公園生態旅遊系統，以充分考量、規劃生態旅遊系統的聯繫性與完整性。而生態旅遊路徑的景觀生態衝擊分析，係簡單量化、制式化及累加生態旅遊路徑對景觀生態環境的可能衝擊程度，可作為國家公園生態旅遊系統的整體規劃參考，惟不宜視為特定生態旅遊路徑發展與否的直接依據。最後，研究指認出國家公園生態旅遊路徑的景觀生態衝擊範疇，及生態旅遊系統的景觀生態規劃需求，並認為國家公園生態旅遊系統可以成為台灣國家公園永續發展的推動模式之一。 Following the issue of ecology, sustainable development and tourism value, the eco-tourism in Taiwan has become a trend of implementation of environmental conservation. However, the existing route in national park establishing eco-tourism is met its goals? This study points out that ”the purpose of eco-tourism route should be consistent with the establishment and sustainable development objective of national parks, and according to the ecological development of overall park”. So, the research purpose is the related analysis of ecotourism and landscape ecological environment, and the landscape ecological planning strategy of eco-tourism route, and as the reference of following theory and framework of landscape ecological planning. In this study, the eco-tourism route should be planned in accordance with National Park purposes and its environment characteristics and then be imported, to become a national park eco-tourism system, in order to fully consider the relation and integrity of eco-tourism system. Then, the landscape ecological impact analysis of eco-tourism route just simply, quantify and regularize the possible impact of landscape ecological environment, to be the planning reference of the national park eco-tourism system. But, it should not be regarded as a particular eco-tourism route to develop. Finally, this study identified the landscape ecological impact area of national park eco-tourism route, the landscape ecological planning requirement of eco-tourism system, and the national park eco-tourism system could be a promoting pattern of sustainable development in Taiwan’s national park.
