    摘要:   本研究旨在探討南投縣國小藝術與人文學習領域之「分科」或「和科」教學現況與成效,為達成研究目的,本研究以南投縣縣102學年度擔任學校藝術與人文學習領域教學之17位國小正式、代理代課、外聘鐘點教師為訪談對象,並將訪談資料進行歸納式分析。  本研究獲得主要結論如下:  南投縣國小藝術人文領域教師在個人的學經歷背景的不同,影響了教師對領域課程內的接受度,加上表演藝術的師資稀少,使得課程在領域內萎縮甚至消失的情況屢見不鮮;課程進行方面,多數是配合學校行政需求進行統整,使得正常課程進行受到干擾,並且老師們在課程教授上多為獨立作業,並認為領域課程宜分科實施,專長專用為佳。由於南投縣幅員廣闊,師資不足,各校聘請鐘點教師或代理代課教師的比例很高,也因此派遣研習人員時,多非領域教師,使得增能研習效能不足,一般教師希望在研習上,能夠以課堂技巧為主,若想改善現行狀況,還是建議由師資培育端改起;以目前的教學現場改善,應該加強行政與領域教師的對話,讓課程規劃完整不受干擾;對現職領域教師建立專業證照的認證制度,針對現任教師專業不足的領域,能力提升。
      This study aims to discuss current status and how effect "Differentiation of Subject" or "Incorporation of Subject" is in the realms of Arts and Humanities in Nantou County Elementary School; in order to achieve the study purposes, this study took 2013 as the school year for Nantou County and 17 elementary school official teachers, substitute teachers, part-time teachers in the elementary school specialized in Arts and Humanities fields as subjects in the interview, and conducted inductive analysis on all materials collected in the interviews.  There are coming main conclusions in this study as follows:1. In the courses teachers specialized in arts and humanities in Nantou County Elementary School, there have been few of them initiating from a concept of integration where most of the integration activities were in line with administration requirements prescribed in the school, with which regular curriculum was disturbed.2. Most of the teachers in arts and humanities work independently and consider differentiation of subject shall be implemented on the courses which are usually classified into a specified field where professionals are permitted to lead these professional subjects.3. The level for seniority of teachers specialized in Arts and Humanities in Nantou Country has been in shortage where there has been high ratio part-time teacher or substitute teacher is hired, plus that weak status of connectivity between courses and rare integration activity held.4. Teachers' personal learning experiences have significant influence on their degrees of acceptance to curriculum in a field and teachers who specialized in performing arts agreed what is shared therewith and also intend to carry on them completely; the music teacher generally finds it difficult to perform arts, and hopes that a full-time professor of artistic performance can give lessons about performance; the visual arts teacher has higher degrees of acceptance to performing arts, but, still feel inadequacy that with more tendency in the teaching mode with differentiation of subject.5. Time spent in specified curriculum has been shortage which resulted in a situation that teacher specialized in arts and humanities, music and visual arts feel that the time for teaching is too short to take care of curriculum development of the performing arts, causing it less and less in the field.6. In arts and humanities in Nantou County, a large number of part-time teachers have been hired out of campus; hence, in the dispatch of personnel attending in the enhancement study program, most of them were teachers who were not specified in the field which declined effects behind the program.7. Teachers specified in arts and humanity in Nantou County require mainly practically skill-based mode in such enhancement program, but, remain expecting to launch reform from teacher training institutes, further carrying on curriculum of specified field.8. Curriculum specified in certain field is suggested to differentiate by three parallel subjects practically; intensify dialogue launched between administrative teachers and specified teachers to complete the curriculum planning without disturbed; besides, establish certification system with professional licenses current teachers strive for, also enhance capabilities of current teachers in the field with inadequacy of professionalism.
