本研究的主要對象錦成閣為彰化縣西湖地區的一個傳統音樂陣頭,以其獨特的南唱北拍方式傳承戲曲。透過本文,能對「高甲陣」形成的過程與展演形式有清晰的瞭解,呈現傳統音樂和戲曲曾經在台灣這塊土地綻放的生命力,並將這個團體的發展歷史和地方的生活連結。藉由觀察陣頭的活動,得知昔日常民的生命禮儀與信仰,去理解在地農民的生活世界。近年來社區居民引進公部門的經費與資源,讓這個庄頭陣面臨到來自於組織和管理的新挑戰。 本研究將錦成閣定位為地方上的非營利組織,為地方宗教和村民做公共服務,完成公益使命。深入探討組織發展緣由、地方文化,和文化政策對組織的影響,並進行曲館組織的經營、管理等各方面的探討與分析後,本研究發現:一、把握庄頭陣和非營利組織的核心價值,找回傳統在地營運的模式。二、曲館的團員是組織中的知識工作者,更是地方上珍貴而特殊的資產。三、公共讚賞之報酬,是地方上人們共同生活及互動之下的美好結果。四、文化政策規劃,應考慮傳統表演藝術團體的在地性與特殊性。五、公部門補助款款項帳務透明化。六、積極向下扎根,在社區和學校傳承。 The main subject of this research, “Jin Cheng Ge” is a traditional village processional ceremony or called “Din-Tau” in Taiwanese which uses a unique performance to present the Taiwanese traditional music and dramas. It is passed down by a group of people in His Hu area, Chang Hwa County. Through out this thesis, it gives a clearly sketch of the formation of “Kao-Jia Tau” (the name of a performing group), how the group thrive in the past time in Taiwanese history and how “Jin Cheng Ge” connects its history with the local life as well. By the observation, we can perceive the respect to life and beliefs from ancient people and understand what agriculturists’ world like. However, there are plenty funds and resources introduced by the community recently. There are still many difficulties such as organization and management as new challenges for the tradition Din-Tau. Basically, “Jin Cheng Ge” is defined as a non-profit organization (NPO) which tends to serve and contribute itself not only in the religious also in the local community. After a series of analysis, such as development of the organization, local culture and policies these may affect the functions and methods of management of a music club. There are several points are found as below in this study:1. Cherish the village processional ceremony(Din-Tau), the core value of non-profit organization (NPO) and find back its tradition mode of operation.2. Members of the club are also knowledge workers.3. The reward of public admiration is a treasure that works and interacts by the local community and people together. 4. It is necessary to consider the particularity and localization of this NPO when the public sector plans the cultural policies.5. The budget issue should be clear and accountable.6. To build up fundamentally and pass down the traditional ceremony(Din-Tau)to the community and school.
