本研究旨在以Maslow 需求層次論及有關此理論之論述與實徵性研究文獻為基礎,來探索大學生心理需求困擾的內在歷程。採用焦點詢問來晤談22名大學生。由於受訪者流失或資料不全,僅呈現12名大學生的「心理需求困擾的內在歷程圖」,由內在歷程圖可發現大學生的心理需求困擾雖然由外在事件所引發,但其正向或負向的主觀感覺與身心發展狀態,採取因應策略與實際行為的有效性,均與其能否減少困擾、滿足需求息息相關。分析12名大學生的「心理需求困擾的內在歷程圖」,發現三項心理需求的關係具有四種特質:(1)三種需求為相互互動;相互依存的狀態。(2)大學生會同時追求人際關係需求、成長需求的滿足。(3)大學生追求生存需求時,會伴隨尋求人際關係需求或成長需求。(4)大學生追求成長需求時,較不會伴隨尋求人際關係需求或生存需求。 The purpose of this research, based on Maslow's theory and related literature, was to interview teachers and to analyze psychological needs and its internal process. Focus interview approach was adopted to 22 college students, becase some of the receivers ran off, the data about the 22 students were not completed, and can only show the twelve college students' internal process of psychological need problems. According to the internal process chart, we could found out although college students' psychological need problems were caused by external matters, the following four points had very close relation to whether their need problems would reduce or not. (1)Their positive or negative subjective feeling. (2)College students' developing condiction of body ang psychology. (3)Their coping strategy. (4)Their actual behavior. Analyzing the twelve college students' internal process chart of psychological need problems. We found out that there were four properties of the relations about the three psychological need problems-survial need problem, international relationship need problem and growth need problem. (1)The three problems were in the condiction of interaction and depend on the each. (2)College students would persue the satisfaction of the international relationship and the growth need at same time. (3)Persuing the survial need would be accompanied by persuing international relationship need or growth need. (4)Persuing the growth need would not always be accompanied by persuing international relationship need or survial need.
