透過走訪嘉義市,發現有許多木造建築,當中有多數的木屋因外牆受損而換了新的牆面。這些更換的牆面是以浪板取代雨淋板,這樣的牆面作法在堅固和美觀上有不足之處。嘉義市東區的木屋數量就有千棟以上,若能開放修繕木造建築的牆體技術,將便於牆體整修工作普及化使其能改善都市景觀,並同時加強建物之抗震強度。 因為有上述的問題,所以本研究將開放建築的理念帶入,是一種系統化的建築,能夠大量且快速地去操作。日式木造建築的水平地震抵抗力需要透過梁柱之間的編竹夾泥牆,而編竹夾泥牆上通常也抹著白灰,這樣就同時具有抗震和隔熱的效果。傳統日式木造建築的牆體與梁柱結構之間的關係,可以看作開放建築裡提到的支架體與填充材,而對牆體(填充材)的修繕設計,如有快速且便利的方案,將能夠影響都市景觀。 傳統編竹夾泥牆對於現今民眾要自行修繕是有一定難度,有必要帶入不同思維的做法來修繕牆體,不採原樣修繕的方式,而找尋其可替代之方案。為了讓民眾能夠提高自行修繕的意願以及能力,因此本研究主要目的為: (1)簡易替換牆體之方案設計(2)牆體之耐震力提升。 本研究的研究成果是將框組的組立設計的說明、施工順序的記錄、耐震能力的檢測以及經費的考量,讀完本論文後,能夠瞭解修繕牆體這件事情,進而對提升修繕牆體的抗震能力產生信心和修繕意願。通過對設計方案的了解,民眾也能具有自行修繕牆體的技術與觀念。 Through observation to Chiayi City, found that there are many wooden buildings, most of the wooden buildings the walls become metal, because of the damage to the external walls.
