本研究旨在瞭解於全球化的浪潮下,我國高級中學推動國際教育的實施情況,以高雄市三所高中職校作為研究對象,針對其辦理的國際交流進行探討。本研究採用質性研究法進行研究,以訪談提綱為研究工具,訪問曾參與過國際交流的21位受訪者,並透過分析訪談資料,瞭解各校實際辦理情形。 以下將依據研究結果,說明獲致的結論:一、高雄市高中職教師對國際教育政策認知不足,但願意支持相關政策,並給予正向的評價。二、高雄市高中職教師認為融入課程是最佳的國際教育模式,但於實際執行上則有困難。三、國際交流是能最快速獲得成效的國際教育模式,但不夠深入,參與人數有限。四、參與國際交流的師生,自覺收穫良多,開啟國際視野,並增進語言及溝通能力,提升跨文化素養。五、國際交流在各項行政資源上整合不足,缺乏推動團隊,造成辦理人員的困難。 最後綜合本研究發現,提出各項建議,以供教育行政機關、各高中職校及未來研究之參考。 The purpose of this study attempted to investigate the implementation of promoting international education in senior high schools under the trend of globalization. To explore international exchange circumstances, three senior high schools in Kaohsiung City were chosen as the research object. Interview method with designed guides and questions as the research tool, research information was collected through qualitative interviews from twenty-one participants taking part in international exchange program. The main research conclusions were summarized as follows:1.The teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung City have biased understanding of international education, but they are willing to support international education policies with positive feedback.2.The teachers of senior high school in Kaohsiung City believe the best method of international education is to integrate it into class curriculum. However, it is difficult in practical implementation.3.International exchange is the fastest way to achieve efficiency in international education, but the disadvantage is that the whole exchange progress is not deep enough, and few people are involved in the program.4.All the teachers and students gained a lot in the international exchange program from which their international horizons are broadened; their language and communication skills as well as cross cultural competencies were improved and raised.5.There is a lack of integration in administrative resources and teamwork for international education affairs, causing difficulties in promoting and implementing international education. Finally, based on the above mentioned conclusions, some suggestions of international education were offered to institutions, teachers, and future research.
