    Abstract:   本研究以南投縣某國小為例,探討國小如何進行社團活動來推廣全人教育,並透過文獻分析法和深度訪談,訪談個案學校承辦處室主任、組長、社團指導教練老師、班級導師、學生等受訪者對社團活動推廣的看法,以及實施的方式和成效,並進行分析與建議。  本研究探討個案國小如何以推廣社團活動以培養德智體群美五育均衡學生,分析個案國小進行社團活動以培育健全學童之成果符合以下全人教育的目的:一、 啟發生命潛能之目標二、 陶養生活知能之成效三、 社團促進生涯之發展四、 培養涵育公民之責任  本研究結論發現個案學校辦學的理念與「全人教育」的核心價值相同,個案學校利用社團實施「全人教育」的策略與作法,使得「學生的成長」、「家長的支持」、「班級增加」幾個方向有明顯的成效。
      This study takes an elementary school in Nantou County as an example to explore how the elementary school organizes club activities to promote the holistic education. Through literature analysis and in-depth interviews, the perspectives of interviewees, including the directors of the organizing department, section chiefs, club instructors and coaches, homeroom teachers and students, regarding the promotion, implementation, and effectiveness of extracurricular activities are examined and analyzed.  The case study explores how the elementary school under investigation cultivates a balanced education encompassing moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic development through promoting club activities. The outcomes of cultivating well developed students through club activities meet the following goals of holistic education:1.the goal of inspiring life potential2.the effect of cultivating life knowledge and ability3.the career development of promotion of clubs4.the responsibilities of cultivating and educating citizens  This study concludes that the educational philosophy of the investigated school aligns with the core values of “holistic education.” By implementing strategies and practices through extracurricular clubs, the school has achieved significant outcomes in terms of the growth of students, the support of parents, and the increase of class numbers.
